Welcome to Wonr. Wonr is a skill-based competitive gaming platform that allows users to participate in prize pools funded by creators and brands. By downloading the Wonr app, creating an account, or participating in any pool, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Wonr Technologies Limited ("Wonr", "we", "our", or "us").

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification.

To use Wonr, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a resident of Nigeria or otherwise permitted by your local laws to participate in skill-based prize competitions.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and KYC verification.
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from the platform.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements. Wonr reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Creating an account requires a valid email address and completion of our identity verification (KYC) process. KYC requires submission of a valid Bank Verification Number (BVN) or National Identification Number (NIN). This is handled through a secure, NDPR-compliant third-party provider. BVN/NIN values are never stored in raw form on Wonr servers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and withdrawal PIN. You must not share your account with any other person. Notify us immediately at support@wonr.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Wonr reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time if we have reason to suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms.

Wonr hosts skill-based competitive games including, but not limited to, Math Sprint, Elite Trivia, Undercover, and Logic Puzzles. All games are determined purely by player skill — speed, accuracy, knowledge, and/or strategy. Outcomes are not determined by chance or randomness.

Prize pools are funded entirely by pool creators or sponsoring brands. Players are never charged an entry fee. Winners are determined by their performance according to the rules of each game mode.

Wonr does not guarantee the availability of any specific game mode at any time. Game modes may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

All transactions on the platform are denominated in Nigerian Naira (₦). When you win a prize pool, your winnings are transferred automatically to the Nigerian bank account linked to your Wonr profile.

Wonr does not charge any fee on player payouts. The amount you win is the exact amount transferred to your bank account.

You are responsible for ensuring your linked bank account details are accurate and up to date. Wonr is not liable for failed transfers caused by incorrect bank details provided by the user. In the event of a failed transfer, contact support within 7 days.

Payouts are subject to our standard fraud and compliance checks. We reserve the right to withhold payment pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into suspicious activity.

If you create a prize pool on Wonr ("Creator"), you agree to:

• Fund the pool prize in full before the pool is published. The minimum pool prize is ₦500.
• Be solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any questions, rules, or content you publish.
• Not publish misleading, offensive, or legally prohibited content.
• Acknowledge that once a pool is published and players have joined, the prize cannot be reclaimed except through the formal cancellation process.
• Confirm, when publishing under a brand name, that you are authorised to represent that brand. Impersonating a brand you do not represent is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent termination and referral to relevant authorities.

Wonr reserves the right to reject or remove any pool that violates these Terms or that we determine is inappropriate for the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, automation tools, or any software to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, limits, or to gain unfair advantages.
• Exploiting bugs or unintended platform behaviour for gain. Report any such issues to support@wonr.app immediately.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access Wonr's source code or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Wonr staff.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes a criminal offence or violates applicable Nigerian law.

Violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending winnings, and may result in legal action.

If you believe a game result was incorrect due to a platform error (not user error), you may file a formal dispute using the in-app dispute tool within 48 hours of the pool closing. Disputes filed after this window will not be considered.

Wonr will review all disputes and respond within 5 business days. Our decision is final. Disputes based on personal performance, connection issues on the user's end, or disagreement with game rules will not be upheld.

Wonr is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, including internet outages, device failures, or third-party service disruptions.

All content, branding, game designs, and software on the Wonr platform are the intellectual property of Wonr Technologies Limited or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

By submitting content to the platform (such as custom questions or pool descriptions), you grant Wonr a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the platform.

Wonr reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or harmful conduct toward other users.

If your account is terminated for a violation of these Terms, any pending winnings may be forfeited. You may appeal a suspension by contacting support@wonr.app within 14 days of the suspension notice.

You may delete your account at any time from the app Settings. Account deletion is subject to our data retention obligations as described in our Privacy Policy.

Wonr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Wonr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical errors outside our control.

Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount of prizes awarded to you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
